As a first step, find a mistake - which could be about your thought process, behavior or certain action. Show why it was important. Show your action, thoughts, and emotions through the incident. Give concrete and vivid details of the situation and outcome.

When you write about best team - it could become even more interesting and impactful if the group that you are working with is diverse in terms of functions or nationalities or simply viewpoints.
An important focus has to be on what you consider are the qualities of a good team and what made it successful. How you helped each person on the team get invested in a common goal and how you helped the team through the entire process.
Once you have clearly described the context, quality of your team, do write about the achievement you accomplished as a team.
Provide an example of when someone else positively impacted your life. What did you learn from this experience? (200 words)

While the positive impact is being made by someone else, the focus must always remain on you - the candidate. So briefly describe the context and impact and move on to talk about your learning. How you grew and changed as a person. How you used that positive impact to create more goodness and positivity around you.
This Cambridge question is nuanced and requires you to deliberate carefully and articulate wisely.
Please provide information on any aspect of your candidacy that requires further explanation, or information that you would like the Admissions Committee to know. (300 words)
