Reflect on how you made the most of your time in the program—academically, through hands-on learning opportunities, and within the McCombs community.

McCombs MBA Videos


All applicants will be required to complete the Video Assessment shortly after submitting their application and paying the fee. Applicants have 7 days to complete the assessment upon receiving access to the video submission platform. There will be 6 question prompts, and applicants will have 90 seconds to answer each prompt. Two questions will be viewed by the Admissions Committee, but will not be evaluated for a score.​

Through the Video Assessment, the Admissions Committee will have a chance to experience the “real” you, beyond a resume, test scores, and transcripts. MBA video tips



McCombs MBA Resume


McCombs MBA application requires you to submit a one-page resume along with details about your employment and academics. The typical MBA resume format consists of employment, education, and extracurricular details. McComb recommends keeping your resume to one page unless you have more than 10 years of work experience. McCombs MBA Letters of Recommendation


In your McCombs application, you will be asked to provide only one MBA letter of recommendation - from your current or previous supervisors - someone who has assessed your performance. Like many top business schools in the US, McCombs MBA application constitutes of letter of recommendation questions from the GMAC MBA letter of recommendation template. MBA LOR tips



McCombs MBA Interview


Following McCombs' well-known “Human-Centered, Future-Focused” approach, McCombs offers all MBA applicants an opportunity to complete a short, optional virtual interview. While not mandatory, completing this interview is highly encouraged both by McCombs and Vibranture.

These interviews taken by McCombs current MBA students, will last 20-30 minutes and are available throughout the round. The interviewer will focus on asking you up to 3 questions on collaboration and your motivation for MBA and McCombs. MBA interview tips
