What are your short-term and long-term goals? How/why will an MBA help you achieve those goals? (approx 500 words)
This optional essay can be used to address any circumstances you’d like the Admissions Committee to be aware of (gaps in work history, academic performance, choice of recommenders, etc.).
Each applicant will be required to complete an online assessment comprised of pre-recorded video questions (delivered via Fisher's Kira Talent platform). These videos help the Fisher Ohio admissions team virtually meet you and get a sense of your personality and potential beyond what you've included in your application.
Fisher Ohio's instructions: When you start an application, you’ll receive an email invitation to complete your video interview. While it's recommended to complete the video interview within 2 weeks, the link will not expire. Your application cannot be reviewed until all items are complete, including your Kira video interview. Fisher Ohio MBA application requires you to submit a detailed resume along with details about your employment and academics. The typical MBA resume format consists of employment, education, and extracurricular details. This resume would also help the admissions team evaluate your potential for successful career placement upon completion of the Fisher MBA program. MBA resume tips
Letters of recommendation are not required for this program (only contact info for two references). In your Fisher Ohio application, you will be required to only provide two references (name, email, phone) that the admissions team would contact if they feel the need to do so to reach an admission decision. As is the policy with most top business schools, Fisher Ohio MBA interviews are conducted only by invitation. Students typically would receive an invite 4-6 weeks after submitting their MBA applications. On-campus interviews are recommended for domestic students.
